Our Story

It all started with a vision by Melissa and Troy Kendall to simplify the cumbersome process of labor compliance.
Melissa Kendall has over two decades of experience with prevailing wages. Melissa’s passion for labor compliance began when she worked for a small asphalt contractor during college and led her to found Kendall Association in 2017. It has two divisions—one that prepares labor compliance documents and the other that audits compliance on the active jobs. Melissa’s ambition led her to envision a software solution that would assist contractors in fulfilling all of their compliance needs.
Troy Kendall joined Kendall Association in 2020 after a career in construction. As a carpenter, he went through the AGC apprenticeship program. His experience on construction sites during and after his apprenticeship programs allows him to focus on the platform’s ease of use and practicality in solving construction challenges.
Melissa and Troy have developed a platform that allows contractors to control and manage projects that require prevailing wages with the confidence of expertise in the field and state-of-the-art cloud computing technology.
